Cancellation & Refund Policy

ROHIT believes in helping its customers as far as possible and has therefore adopted a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:
- Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made immediately after placing the order. However, if the order has already been processed or shipped, the cancellation request may not be entertained.
- ROHIT does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items like flowers and eatables. However, a refund or replacement may be possible if the product quality is proven to be unsatisfactory.
- For damaged or defective items, customers must report the issue to our Customer Service team on the same day of receipt. The request will be processed once the merchant verifies the claim.
- If the product received does not match its description or expectations, customers must notify customer service on the same day of receipt. Our team will review the complaint and take appropriate action.
- For products covered under a manufacturer’s warranty, complaints should be directed to the manufacturer.
- Approved refunds by ROHIT will be processed within 1-2 business days.
